Account Application

The Account Application screen's data represents an individual person or entity. The check boxes and push buttons to determine whether an account is Activated, Suspended, or Closed, and the type of account which may in turn represent more than one account type (e.g. if the account has been designated as a manufacturer and a vender). There can be as many values given to an account as there are check boxes on the screen.
