OUTFITTING: These are some of the manufactured items that have found their way onto the boat. Dana Marine trim tabs pair of dual acting single cylinder 12"x24" tabs. Kodiak Marine bait tank 17 gallon Pro Flow oblong low profile. This will be transom mounted. It seems small compared to the now almost standard 50+ gallon tank but it seems adequate alternative to hauling around 350# of water. E-Tec Marine products Sailfish outrigger elbows. These operate similar to Rupp Top Gun t-top out rigger elbows but after checking them out at the Miami Boat Show, I thought the E-Tec was the one to get. They feature non metallic bearing and locking mechanisms. Navico PH500 Autopilot. now Simrad! got it at a good price and read some good reports on this unit. Ezell Industries fuel tanks, (2) 100 gallon aluminum fuel tanks fabricated by some real pros at Ezell in Perry FL. Armstrong Marine Deck plates, (1) 10" x 20" in the engine bracket and (1) 10" round for rear tank gage and fittings. These are not your average deck plate, they are really nice. Teleflex Sea Star II hydraulic helm also ordered a 20 deg. base so that it can be mounted on a 20 deg. angle from a level surface. This will help accomplish the center console design that I am looking for. I am using the "big" helm pump designed for dual cylinders and I am using a single cylinder. This gives very quick steering. Raytheon SL 72 Radar since radar is only of occasional use, I opted for a 2 kw unit. For an LCD unit these seem to work well. Furuno FCV 582L I like a stand alone fish finder. This is a great one! Garmin 3210 This replaced the 210, 215 and 2006. The 3210 is a nice 10" color unit that I am using just as a GPS/plotter although it has radar and sounder capability. Garmin seems to have got a good grip on being user friendly. SOS Tele-rigger Outriggers ( Now Taco Sportfishing) These collapsible outriggers are will suit my needs for trailering so that I can store them on board in a collapsed length of under 6 feet. I was able to use these on another boat I fished and they were stiff enough. ICOM M45 VHF and ICOM 304 Towmaster Trailer The trailer is an aluminum Towmaster with tandem rubber torsion axles and disc brakes on all wheels. I choose the two axles over three axles since the boat was well within the max load of 8200# of the trailer. Lee's Rod holders I am mounting (11) medium duty 30 degree holders.
