Vertical pair of Scott #428, FVF NH with a plate crack between the stamps. Crack starts between "5" and "C" of "CENTS" on the upper stamp and extends to the lower stamp between "U" and "S". Scott value for a NH pair of this stamp is $160.00 without a plate crack. My price is $150.00 for the pair.
Scott #319j with a graded PSE cert that states: "it is genuine unused, o.g., never hinged." Graded VF-XF 85. Stamp Market Quarterly price for this grade is $210.00; My price is $180.00.
