This car is currently the featured cover car in the December 1999 issue of VW Tuner Magazine. Michael Shartsis did the write up on the car and the great pictures were done by Wes Allison. The pictures are unique in that they were taken at a skidpad with water on the surface of the skidpad, creating some interesting reflection type pictures. Now, the facts on the car:
First featured in May 1994 issue of European Car magazine. Extensively modified since article. 205 hp, 230 lb ft torque running 14 lbs of boost, CA legal. Multiple Car Show Winner. New paint and installation of body kit by German Auto Body. The body kit was made for a European Golf with different bumpers, so modifications were made to the front and rear bumpers by German Auto Body. The goal was not to weaken the strength of the factory bumpers.

New Dimensions is doing further engine and turbo development work for this car. A 2.1 liter stroker motor is being developed which should increase low end torque. Work is also being done to add a larger turbo.
